Please read carefully.

  1. All vendors are responsible for their own collection of state sales taxes. You may contact the Indiana Department of Revenue at (800) 457-8283 or www.in.gov regarding the necessary requirements. 

  2. ALL vendors agree to maintain setup until the end of the show (NO EARLY TEAR DOWN).

  3. No space is guaranteed until payment is received in full. 

  4. No refunds will be given within thirty (30) days of the show (scheduled for 8/25/2024). 

  5. Spaces come with one 8ft table, two chairs, and two vendor badges. Spaces are 8ft x8ft. Vendors are free to set up as they wish as long as they do not exceed the area allotted based on the number of spaces bought. Extra badges can be bought at set-up. 

  6. Walkways need to remain uncluttered and stay passable during show hours. 

  7. This is a family friendly event. No inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will be tolerated. 

  8. No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed in the building at any time.

  9. Artists are required to be on site the day of the show. It is your booth with your art so you, the artist, should be here. Art sold at your booth needs to be created by the artist selling it. (Some circumstances can be looked at as they arise.)

  10.  Once the application is accepted, invoices will be sent through Square on May 4th, 2024. If you cannot pay through Square, contact us as soon as possible to see if alternative options can be arranged. Once an invoice is sent, you will have until June 8th, 2024, to remit payment or risk losing your table. Along with payment, please provide a picture and bio for promotional use. ITCE Productions will only use these items to promote your appearance at the show. 

  11.  ITCE Productions, Indiana Toy & Comic Expo and Geek Meet Indy and its employees and affiliates are NOT responsible for any injuries that may occur during the show. All vendors are responsible for their own merchandise. If your product is broken or stolen during the show it is NOT our responsibility. Any damage to the building by the vendor is the sole responsibility of the vendor. Vendors release the show promoter from any and all liability resulting from the above. 

  12.  Vendors are responsible for unloading and loading of all their equipment and supplies. ITCE Productions will have staff on hand to help direct flow and streamline the set up and tear down process. Vendors should plan to supply their own labor and carts for set up and tear down. 

  13.  Things not allowed to be sold at an ITCE Productions show: 

  1. Adult material such as videos, magazines, comics, toys, etc. 

  2. AI generated “artwork”

  3. Unlicensed 3D printed material

  4. Bootleg prints/posters

  5. Knock-off/Bootleg toys and other products that mislead the consumer. (These items need to be CLEARLY marked.)
